Senior Analytics Specialist Developer

What you'll do

• Lead the technical delivery of complex analytics solutions and serve as a subject matter expert for the Analytics Centre of Excellence.
• Oversee quality assurance by conducting code reviews, data validation, and visualization checks to ensure production standards are met.
• Design technical architectures, data models, and development standards for high-priority analytics initiatives.
• Mentor and coach junior developers to improve team capabilities and foster a culture of knowledge sharing.
• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to increase operational efficiency across the organization.
• Manage the full project lifecycle including requirement gathering, sprint management, UAT, and final documentation.
• Drive data fluency by promoting a data-informed culture among internal teams and external clients.

What we're looking for

• Must have 3+ years of experience in analytics delivery or comparable experience.
• Must have 1+ years in a senior or technical lead capacity within a BI or analytics team.
• Expert-level experience in Tableau and/or Power BI is required to deliver complex, governed solutions.
• Strong working experience with SQL, Python, and Databricks for data transformation and processing is required.
• Experience leading technical delivery in an agile environment using DevOps tooling is required.
• Ability to manage automation flows using tools like Power Automate is required.
• A degree in data, analytics, or a related field is preferred (or equivalent experience).
