Senior Analytics Manager, Generosity Experimentation

What you'll do

• Define and prioritize the experimentation roadmap for the generosity portfolio to maximize learning and business impact.
• Lead the design, execution, and analysis of transformational experiments for generosity personalization.
• Translate experimental insights into actionable business decisions and strategic priorities for leadership.
• Manage and coach a team of analysts on experimental design, analytical rigor, and stakeholder communication.
• Serve as a key stakeholder for experimentation tooling development by identifying platform gaps and requirements.
• Partner with data science and analytics teams to ensure statistical rigor and continuous hypothesis development.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in experimentation, analytics, commercial strategy, or similar quantitative roles.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or senior individual contributor role.
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Advanced degree (preferred).
• Proven track record of designing, executing, and analyzing experiments at scale to drive business impact.
• Strong knowledge of experimentation statistics, including synthetic controls, propensity matching, and reinforcement learning methods.
• Advanced proficiency with SQL, Python, Databricks, and the responsible use of AI.
• Demonstrated excellence in people leadership, including hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
