Senior AI/ML Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and build real-time and batch data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and delivery using AWS and Snowflake.
• Develop production-grade Python code with rigorous testing, clean interfaces, and CI/CD discipline.
• Productionize AI/ML/LLM systems including model serving, agent orchestration, and retrieval pipelines.
• Build resilient data connectors, chunking/embedding workflows, and parallel processing frameworks with data integrity guarantees.
• Implement monitoring and observability for production AI systems to track retrieval quality, latency, and drift.
• Optimize ETL/ELT workflows in AWS and Snowflake through indexing, partitioning, and efficient resource utilization.
• Deploy and operate AI/ML/LLM services in containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Contribute to operational readiness by creating runbooks, managing incident response, and providing production support.

What we're looking for

• Develop production-grade Python code with strong testing, clean interfaces, and maintainability practices.
• Design and build real-time and batch data pipelines using Spark, Airflow, or streaming frameworks like Kafka and Kinesis.
• Optimize ETL/ELT workflows in AWS and Snowflake including indexing, partitioning, and efficient resource utilization.
• Deploy, scale, and operate AI/ML/LLM services including model serving, agent orchestration, and retrieval pipelines.
• Implement monitoring and observability for production AI systems using tools such as Datadog or CloudWatch.
• Experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, Step Functions, SageMaker, IAM, and RDS.
• Experience deploying and monitoring AI/ML/LLM services in containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.
