Senior AI Software Program Manager

What you'll do

• Drive and deliver program alignment and execution across multiple AI/ML technologies.
• Understand requirements priority to scope and plan projects with interdependencies.
• Establish clear Plan of Records commitments for prioritization with Product Management.
• Develop rigorous risk management processes and track schedule trends versus baseline.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and channel requirements to development teams effectively.
• Use strong communication skills to convey complex information to diverse audiences.

What we're looking for

• 5 to 10 years of experience in technical product development and program management in SoC/embedded industry.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technology and software development principles at the SoC level.
• Experience managing products through entire development lifecycle with risk management expertise.
• Ability to drive alignment, execution, and communication across multiple tech teams and stakeholders.
• Develops rigorous processes for program health indicators, including quality and timeline management.
