As a Senior Engineering Manager in NVIDIA’s AI Networking group, you will lead a customer-focused engineering team collaborating with major clients on large-scale AI infrastructure initiatives. Your daily responsibilities include guiding your team to enhance NVIDIA’s networking reach across various environments by applying technical expertise and fostering collaboration with product management, architecture, and program teams. You will hire, onboard, coach, and mentor engineers while developing future leaders through technical leadership and team ownership. Additionally, you will manage resource planning for strategic accounts and improve team scalability through automation and operational excellence. This role requires a strong background in networking technologies such as BlueField, ConnectX, Spectrum-X, DOCA, RDMA, RoCE, and InfiniBand, along with experience handling customer issues and driving alignment across teams in dynamic environments.

What we're looking for
12+ years of experience in software, systems, or networking engineering.
5+ years of proven leadership in scaling engineering teams through hiring and mentoring.
Strong technical expertise in networking, distributed systems, and large-scale system behavior.
Experience managing customer issues and aligning cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments.
Demonstrated ability to scale impact and build strong team execution across organizational boundaries.
Familiarity with AI infrastructure technologies like DOCA, RDMA verbs, and CUDA-aware networking.
Record of improving operational efficiency through automation and AI-enhanced workflows.
