The Senior Agentic AI Solutions Engineer joins the AI/ML Solutions Delivery organization to build enterprise-scale agentic AI and intelligent automation solutions. As a full-stack AI engineer, the individual designs, develops, and deploys production-ready applications combining modern software engineering with generative AI and agentic frameworks. Key responsibilities include owning the end-to-end development lifecycle, from application architecture and backend services to AI orchestration and data integration. The role utilizes technologies including ServiceNow, Databricks, Google Vertex AI, Azure AI Foundry, Anthropic Claude, Python, APIs, and cloud-native services. The engineer will specifically deliver AI-powered capabilities for IT Operations and Cybersecurity use cases, such as incident triage, alert correlation, and workflow orchestration, while ensuring all solutions meet strict standards for security, governance, performance, and responsible AI practices.
Design, develop, and deploy production-grade agentic AI and intelligent automation solutions using enterprise platforms like ServiceNow and Databricks.
Deliver AI-powered capabilities for IT Operations and Cybersecurity, including incident triage, alert correlation, and workflow orchestration.
Lead the full solution lifecycle from initial prototype through production deployment and continuous optimization.
Implement secure-by-design architectures incorporating AI security controls, data privacy protections, and prompt injection safeguards.
Build Python-based applications, APIs, and microservices using modern software engineering practices and cloud-native services.
Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector search, and large language model integration architectures.
Provide technical mentorship to interns and contractor resources while ensuring solutions meet corporate security and governance standards.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience developing software, AI/ML, intelligent automation, or full-stack applications with ownership of complex enterprise solutions.
5+ years of experience designing scalable cloud-native systems applying AI governance, security, privacy, and operational reliability best practices.
4+ years of experience delivering production-ready automation, agentic AI, or generative AI solutions beyond proof-of-concepts.
3+ years of experience building Python-based applications, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native services using modern software engineering practices.
2+ years of experience implementing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector search, document ingestion, and LLM integration architectures.
Experience building agentic AI solutions utilizing Claude or similar models, including tool use, function calling, and multi-step reasoning (preferred).
Knowledge of RAG architectures, embedding models, vector databases, and familiarity with FastAPI, Docker, and SQL (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience).
