What you'll do

  • Translate business and media needs into technical requirements for audience, conversion, identity, and signal integrations.
  • Support technical integration and onboarding of advertising and publisher platforms including Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
  • Partner with engineering teams to implement APIs, server-side integrations, pixels, and audience-sharing capabilities.
  • Coordinate the implementation, testing, and production readiness of new publisher and measurement capabilities.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and assess platform changes that may impact existing media capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain technical requirements, integration guides, publisher playbooks, and troubleshooting documentation.
  • Support the rollout and adoption of new capabilities across media teams, agencies, and business groups.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize processes and improve integration reliability and scalability.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field and 4+ years of experience in media, marketing, or advertising (or equivalent).
  • Master's Degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field and 6+ years of experience in media, marketing, or advertising (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, AdTech, MarTech, digital media technology, or related technical disciplines (preferred).
  • Experience supporting technical integrations involving advertising platforms, APIs, data pipelines, audience systems, or signal technologies (preferred).
  • Experience with major advertising platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft Advertising, or Amazon (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience coding in JavaScript and HTML to support tag implementation and marketing technology integrations (preferred).
  • Experience with CDPs, audience platforms, clean rooms, identity solutions, or customer data ecosystems (preferred).
  • Familiarity with cloud or data platforms such as Azure, Microsoft Fabric, or Databricks (preferred).
