What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science and 10 years experience (6 years with a Master's) in semiconductor operations, manufacturing, engineering, or program management.
Minimum of 10 years in relevant leadership or functional management roles.
Strong technical background in microelectronics test and assembly engineering disciplines.
U.S. Citizenship required.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
Advanced expertise in semiconductor device process and characterization technologies (preferred).
Advanced experience with manufacturing excellence, Lean/Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies (preferred).
Active Secret or Top-Secret Clearance (preferred).
