What you'll do

What we're looking for

Must have at least 2 years of proven experience operating SEM metrology systems in the semiconductor industry.
Expert knowledge in the eBeam/SEM domain is required.
Strong data analytic skills are required.
Programming experience is a plus (preferred).
Ability to lead projects from kick-off to completion with clear planning and reporting.
Ability to perform CnFs and qualification of new metrology approaches.
Ability to explain complex information and build consensus around technical implementations.
Ability to deliver training to new employees and target customers.
