As an eBeam Metrology Application Development Engineer - (E3), you will join a team focused on developing metrology solutions within the semiconductor industry. You will be responsible for defining and implementing metrology solutions that address critical gaps in customer technologies, performing CnFs, and qualifying new metrology approaches. Your daily work involves creating and leading new methodologies to optimize system performance, analyzing and transferring application capabilities to customer sites, and documenting procedures. You will interface with customers regarding technical requirements and lead technical review meetings while providing training to employees and target customers.
