Security Investigations Program Lead

What you'll do

• Develop and implement internal standard operating procedures and strategic protocols for security investigations.
• Lead complex investigations into internal and external threats across the Western region.
• Collect and analyze evidence including digital data, documents, and witness statements to perform root cause analysis.
• Manage the full investigation lifecycle, including evidence preservation, case management, and reporting findings.
• Build and maintain partnerships with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies.
• Conduct interviews with witnesses and subjects to gather information for active cases.
• Identify investigative trends to inform risk mitigation strategies and policy enhancements.
• Ensure all investigations comply with legal, regulatory standards, and internal confidentiality requirements.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Security, Intelligence Studies, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
• 8 years of relevant work experience conducting or supporting security investigations, including leadership roles.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a high-level security clearance (Top Secret/SCI may be required).
• Experience leading complex security investigations in fast-paced, rapidly evolving threat environments.
• Familiarity with insider threat or counterintelligence-related investigations.
• Proficiency with digital forensic tools, investigative case management systems, and interview techniques.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate multiple data sets and communicate complex risks effectively.
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
