Analyze threats from nation-state actors and insiders affecting company assets, personnel, and supply chains.
Develop and implement analytic methodologies to assess counterintelligence and insider threat risks.

Produce tailored strategic reports and presentations on risk assessments for senior leadership.
Provide analytical support for investigations into suspected counterintelligence and insider threat incidents.
Establish internal standard operating procedures, processes, and metrics for counterintelligence analysis.
Create training materials and deliver briefings to internal audiences regarding security awareness.
Monitor global threat intelligence trends to identify potential impacts on the organization.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Security or Intelligence Studies, Political Science, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
8 years of relevant work experience in CI investigations or analysis, intelligence operations, or assessing complex threats from nation state actors and insider threats.
Active Top Secret security clearance.
Demonstrated ability to leverage multiple data sets and tools to support research, risk assessments, and mitigation recommendations.
Proven ability to analyze and communicate complex risks and threats effectively to various audiences.
Experience providing analysis to support CI and/or insider threat investigations.
Demonstrated success executing CI awareness messaging both written and verbally.
Excellent critical thinking, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
