What you'll do

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
Hands-on practical experience in application development, testing, and operational stability.
Proficiency in coding in one or more modern programming languages like Python or Java/Spring Boot.
Solid understanding of agile methodologies including CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
Demonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline.
Basic knowledge of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization, and industry trends.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with Observability Tools, Data Streaming Frameworks, AWS services, or Kubernetes (preferred).
