What you'll do

Design and develop secure, high-quality production code and algorithms for scalable web reporting applications.
Implement and support AuthE-based login for non-workforce users using OAuth 2.0, OIDC, or SAML federation.
Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while ensuring all software code meets design constraints.
Develop and maintain visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets to improve software systems.
Use enterprise-authorized AI coding tools to generate code, refactor systems, and create automated unit tests.
Troubleshoot authentication patterns, access entitlement workflows, and user access issues for external reporting.
Identify patterns in data to drive improvements in coding hygiene and overall system architecture.
Prototype and iterate on automation and integration approaches to shorten delivery timelines and increase throughput.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using Python, Django, and database querying languages.
Experience building REST APIs using Django REST Framework.
Cloud experience with AWS, Cloud Foundry, or similar platforms.
Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools to create, validate, and refine code and documentation.
Understanding of responsible AI use, data sensitivity, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Solid understanding of agile methodologies, including CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
Familiarity with AuthE capabilities for external login, such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, or OTP (preferred).
Experience automating BI platforms like Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Cognos, or Qlik (preferred).
Experience building internal enterprise tools (preferred).
Familiarity with MySQL (preferred).
Experience integrating with infrastructure automation tools like Gaia or Jenkins (preferred).
