Security Engineer, FedRamp/GovCloud

What you'll do

• Coordinate regular security testing including vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and application security.
• Perform product security reviews, threat modeling, and infrastructure security assessments.
• Conduct continuous risk assessments and track remediation actions for identified vulnerabilities.
• Review all access to critical systems and data to ensure security compliance.
• Implement and maintain security and privacy requirements aligned with corporate objectives.
• Support the monitoring, detection, response, and investigation of security incidents.
• Coordinate business continuity and disaster recovery testing.
• Support SOC2 and FedRAMP audit processes and compliance obligations.

What we're looking for

• Must have U.S. citizenship or U.S. lawful permanent residency.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, or privacy.
• Exceptional knowledge and experience in security assessments, vulnerability assessment, secure software development, and penetration testing.
• Demonstrated knowledge of information security risks and controls for application, data, infrastructure, mobile, and enterprise system design.
• Experience in managing security incidents and business continuity testing.
• Experience implementing security and privacy standards such as SOC2, FedRAMP, ITAR, ISO27000, GDPR, or CCPA.
• Demonstrated knowledge of information security risks and controls in an AWS Cloud environment (preferred).
