What we're looking for

3+ years of experience directly engaging and managing customer relationships in consultative roles.
Proven ability to collaborate across teams and resolve issues regardless of team boundaries.
Demonstrated exceptional written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
Experience in software industry with a focus on technology-related fields.
Strong background in technical support, consulting, program management, or similar roles.
