What you'll do

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using established frameworks and tools.
Execute manual and automated test cases and analyze the resulting data.
Identify, record, and track software bugs and defects throughout the lifecycle.
Perform thorough regression testing once bugs are resolved by the development team.
Review system specifications and documentation to ensure alignment with business requirements.
Use AI-assisted tools to support coding, testing, debugging, and technical research.
Validate AI-generated outputs to ensure they meet company standards for security and accuracy.
Liaise with internal teams to identify and document specific system requirements.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required.
Proven work experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test or a similar role is required.
Knowledge of one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript is required.
Strong knowledge of software QA, development, and testing methodologies is required.
Familiarity with agile frameworks and regression testing is required.
Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks like Selenium, Appium, JUnit, or Cucumber is required.
Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes is required.
Experience with mobile, API, and database testing is a plus (preferred).
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus (preferred).
