What you'll do

Design and develop network observability solutions for global satellite and terrestrial networks.
Create novel mechanisms to improve end-to-end observability tools for the LEO constellation.
Write production-grade code for cloud-native software systems.
Develop high-quality, secure, and fault-tolerant software for satellites, ground gateways, and customer terminals.
Build scalable solutions to address complex challenges in satellite constellation planning and operation.
Utilize AWS and other Amazon technologies to deliver highly available science solutions.
Identify and resolve operational blind spots in network observability through collaborative engineering.

What we're looking for

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum.
3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience for new and existing systems.
1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software using C#, C++, Java, or Python.
3+ years of full software development life cycle experience (preferred).
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent (preferred).
Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates.
