As a Scrum Master - TS/SCI with Polygraph, you will join the software engineering team to facilitate agile processes and deliver innovative applications. You will manage up to three medium-sized Agile teams or one large consolidated team, ensuring they meet established goals and milestones. Your daily responsibilities include planning and facilitating sprint activities such as stand-ups, demos, board reviews, and retrospectives while maintaining JIRA and other information radiators. You will act as a liaison between development teams and product management to translate business requirements into actionable tasks, resolve project impediments, and provide capacity reports. To succeed, you must possess expertise in Agile methodology and the Scrum development process. This role supports critical missions by managing complex software development projects within a high-security environment requiring a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance for government and intelligence work.

What you'll do

Plan and facilitate scrum activities including sprint planning, daily standups, demos, and retrospectives.
Maintain JIRA and other information radiators to track team progress.
Collaborate with clients and end users to define and understand business requirements.
Act as a liaison between development teams and product management to ensure proper project processes.
Identify and resolve impediments that hinder development or prevent the team from meeting milestones.
Motivate team members to take collective responsibility for analysis, development, testing, and documentation.
Provide performance reports based on team capacity and progress against established goals.
Coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals within the organization.

What we're looking for

Must possess a Top Secret SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
Must be a United States citizen.
Must have 3 or more years of related experience.
Must possess technical training, certifications, or a degree.
Must have expertise in Agile Methodology and the Scrum Development Process.
Must be able to facilitate scrum activities including sprint planning, daily stand ups, demos, and retrospectives.
Must be proficient in maintaining JIRA and other information radiators for teams.
US Citizenship.
