JOB TITLE: Scrum Master - TS/SCI with Polygraph The Scrum Master - TS/SCI with Polygraph joins the software engineering team to facilitate agile processes and deliver innovative applications. What you'll do

Plan and facilitate scrum activities including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
Maintain JIRA and other information radiators for the development teams.
Collaborate with clients and end users to define and understand business requirements.
Act as a liaison between development teams and product management to ensure proper project processes.
Identify and resolve impediments that prevent the team from meeting established goals or milestones.
Provide reports on team capacity and performance against established goals.
Serve as the scrum master for up to three medium-sized agile teams or one large consolidated team.
Coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals within the organization.

What we're looking for

US citizenship is required.
Must currently possess a Top Secret SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Must be able to obtain a Top Secret SCI with Polygraph clearance.
3+ years of related experience is required.
Technical training, certification, or a degree is required.
Proficiency in Agile Methodology, Scrum, and the Scrum Development Process is required.
Experience planning and facilitating scrum activities like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives is required.
Security clearance level: TS/SCI with Polygraph.
