SCM/LEAD APPLICATIONS PRE-SALES SOLUTION ENGINEER As part of the Healthcare & Life Sciences Pre-Sales Centre of Excellence, this individual contributor role involves partnering with sales teams to drive complex opportunities and support the growth of a strong pipeline. The Solution Engineer will act as a trusted advisor, conducting workshops and customer engagements to translate complex requirements into value-led business solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include presenting Oracle Fusion Applications—specifically SCM, ERP/EPM, HCM, and CX—to internal and external stakeholders while overcoming obstacles to achieve desired outcomes. The role requires expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and ERPM Finance, as well as experience with embedded AI capabilities and enterprise architecture design. Candidates must possess strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills to navigate the competitive landscape of life sciences back-office transformation programs using modern demonstration techniques and solution-oriented thinking.

What you'll do

Drive complex sales opportunities as the lead solution engineer using deep Life Sciences expertise.
Translate customer business requirements into innovative, value-led solutions for SCM, ERP, HCM, and CX.
Present and articulate the measurable business value of Oracle SaaS products to internal and external stakeholders.
Act as a trusted advisor by sharing product capabilities through workshops and industry events.
Partner with sales teams throughout the entire sales cycle to build pipelines and win complex deals.
Overcome competitive obstacles and address customer objections using modern demonstration techniques.
Contribute to the Solution Engineering community to drive the strategic growth of Fusion Life Sciences applications.

What we're looking for

Must have 3 to 5+ years of experience in the relevant field.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Must possess demonstrated leadership skills to drive complex opportunities.
Must have excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
A minimum of 10 years’ experience in pre-sales or solution consulting (preferred).
Experience supporting enterprise back-office transformation programs in Life Sciences (preferred).
Advanced expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, ERPM Finance, or comparable solutions (preferred).
A master's degree or equivalent experience is desirable.
