Create reusable AI patterns and reference implementations to standardize capabilities across the organization.
Perform knowledge transfer and documentation to ensure teams remain self-sufficient after your engagement ends.

What we're looking for

Extensive hands-on software engineering experience with a track record of shipping complex, production-grade systems.
Advanced experience overseeing containerization and orchestration architectures like Docker, Kubernetes, and Service Meshes in hyper-scale cloud environments.
Deep experience building AI and Agentic solutions using LLMs, RAG, agent frameworks, and orchestration patterns.
Proficiency in modern development practices including CI/CD, automation, cloud-native architecture, testing, and developer tooling.
Ability to coach engineering teams on AI-first ways of working and adopting AI across the software development lifecycle.
Knowledge of responsible AI, governance, and production monitoring for AI systems.
Strong communication skills to build trust with engineers and program leaders while navigating ambiguity and frequent context-switching.
Experience with GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, or equivalent platforms (preferred).
