What you'll do

  • Lead the technical execution of secure communications and cryptographic integration development efforts.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities from requirements through design, integration, verification, and delivery.
  • Guide system integration and test activities for encrypted data paths and key management systems.
  • Manage project costs, schedules, and technical aspects to meet customer requirements and payment milestones.
  • Identify, track, mitigate, and manage program-level risks and opportunities.
  • Estimate resource and material needs while ensuring all necessary reviews and approvals are received.
  • Develop and manage project schedules using Earned Value (EV) indicators on DCMA surveilled programs.
  • Coordinate with cryptographic device suppliers and government security stakeholders like the NSA for certification.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
  • Minimum of 16 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Experience with secure communications, cryptographic devices, encryption/decryption solutions, or information-assurance engineering.
  • Ability to develop schedules using Earned Value (EV) and manage projects using Earned Value Indicators on DCMA surveilled programs.
  • Familiarity with NSA processes, cryptographic modernization, Type 1 products, or secure communications architectures (preferred).
  • U.S. citizens.
