What you'll do

  • Lead large-scale SAP Finance transformation programs from inception to successful business outcome delivery.
  • Engage with senior client executives to address business challenges and demonstrate the value of SAP solutions.
  • Develop business cases, roadmaps, and proposals for SAP journey planning and sales origination.
  • Architect end-to-end Finance solutions using SAP technologies, custom applications, and partner solutions.
  • Explain and deploy SAP’s Business AI strategy to improve project efficiency and client value.
  • Manage large global delivery teams of 50-100 people to achieve transformational roadmaps.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by staying current on regulations, industry trends, and technology innovations.
  • Build assets and best practices to develop the next level of transformation experts.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 12 years of proven experience as a Delivery Lead for large SAP transformation programs in SAP Finance.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience leading SAP transformation programs across multiple industries and clients.
  • Minimum 4 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations including project planning, estimation, and solution architecture for SAP Finance.
  • Experience managing large SAP delivery teams of 50-100 people within a Global Delivery model.
  • Prior experience in a Consulting or Advisory role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience).
  • Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 6 years of equivalent work experience.
