What you'll do

Design and implement Agentic AI solutions to automate SAP Finance processes and support human decision-making.
Identify high-value AI opportunities across Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Treasury modules.
Implement advanced SAP S/4HANA capabilities including Universal Journal, Central Finance, and Group Reporting.
Ensure all solution designs comply with SOX, IFRS, and GAAP financial regulations and audit requirements.
Integrate SAP finance solutions with Treasury Management Systems, risk platforms, and external reporting systems.
Develop functional specifications for custom developments and provide support to development teams during build and testing.
Analyze system defects to determine root causes and resolve issues through configuration changes and SAP Note evaluation.
Conduct system integration testing and support business users through user acceptance testing before production release.

What we're looking for

Must possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
6+ years of experience in SAP FICO solution design, configuration, and support within enterprise finance environments.
6+ years of experience configuring SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling modules.
4+ years of experience implementing SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions.
3+ full life cycle implementations of SAP in finance-focused roles with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance.
4+ years of experience supporting financial services processes, regulatory reporting, or financial consolidation.
4+ years of experience developing functional specifications and resolving production issues through configuration and SAP Notes.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI agents, or intelligent workflow automation.
Experience using SAP Activate methodology, Agile delivery frameworks, or similar structured delivery methods.
Experience implementing Agentic AI specifically within SAP FICO or Finance processes (preferred).
Experience with SAP BTP, SAP Fiori, APIs, integration services, or SAP extensibility patterns (preferred).
SAP S/4HANA Finance certification or relevant AI/ML certification (preferred).
