As a Manager within the SAP Analytics practice, you will lead delivery teams and client engagements centered on modern data and analytics platforms. You will serve as a trusted advisor to design, implement, and operationalize integrated analytics ecosystems that unlock enterprise data value. Your daily responsibilities include leading end-to-end project delivery, managing stakeholder expectations, and translating complex requirements into scalable solutions involving data modeling and semantic layer design. You will oversee integration strategies within SAP Datasphere, manage SAC story and planning application architectures, and guide clients through SAP Business Data Cloud adoption including Databricks-powered AI/ML pipelines. The role requires expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA, and potentially Databricks, Microsoft Azure, Google BigQuery, or Snowflake. You will also mentor consultants while developing practice assets and methodology to solve complex business problems in finance, supply chain, sales, or HR.
Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP Analytics engagements including architecture design, configuration, and integration across Datasphere, SAC, and BDC.
Act as a primary client-facing leader to manage stakeholder expectations and align business and IT requirements.
Translate complex business needs into scalable analytics solutions involving data modeling and self-service BI frameworks.
Oversee data integration strategies within SAP Datasphere for connections to BW, S/4HANA, and third-party cloud sources.
Design and validate SAC story and planning application architectures ensuring performance and governance standards.
Support business development by contributing to RFP responses, solution demonstrations, and proposal development.
Develop internal assets, methodologies, and thought leadership content to grow the SAP Analytics practice.
Manage, mentor, and conduct performance reviews for a team of consultants and senior consultants.
What we're looking for
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP analytics, business intelligence, or data management consulting.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on implementation experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA, or related products.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a people or project leadership capacity within a consulting environment.
Minimum of 2 years of experience designing and architecting SAP Business AI Platform.
Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering full-cycle SAP analytics implementations in at least two specific domains like Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, or HR.
Bachelor’s degree required, or an Associate’s degree with 6 years of work experience, or 12 years of relevant experience.
Preferred certifications in SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, or SAP BW/4HANA.
Experience with adjacent technologies like Databricks, Microsoft Azure, Google BigQuery, Snowflake, or Agile methodologies is preferred.
