Salesforce Product Administrator

What you'll do

• Design and implement declarative Salesforce solutions using flows, process builders, custom fields, and validation rules.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and processes for governance and knowledge transfer.
• Develop and execute testing protocols to validate configurations and data integrity before production deployment.
• Create and maintain data mapping documents for Salesforce Advisor Desktop data exchanges with upstream and downstream applications.
• Monitor user adoption metrics and develop training materials or process improvements to drive platform engagement.
• Translate business requirements into technical Salesforce solutions while ensuring compliance with financial services regulatory standards.
• Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring for assigned Salesforce platform areas.

What we're looking for

• Must have 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Admin, Product Admin, or similar technical platform role.
• Must have strong knowledge of Salesforce declarative customization and configuration best practices.
• Must have an understanding of financial services industry compliance and security requirements.
• Must have a demonstrated ability to manage user adoption and drive organizational change.
• Must have excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must have proven problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) (preferred).
• Experience with data mapping, ETL, integration platforms, or Salesforce Advisor Desktop (preferred).
