Salesforce Delivery Lead

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end delivery execution for Salesforce programs including requirements analysis, solution design, build, test, and release.
• Lead and manage a cross-functional team of developers, analysts, QA engineers, and vendor resources.
• Translate product roadmaps and business requirements into executable delivery plans with managed scope and capacity.
• Partner with solution architects to ensure technical designs meet enterprise standards for scalability and security.
• Drive sprint and release execution including backlog grooming, velocity tracking, and go-live coordination.
• Manage vendor delivery teams to ensure backlog readiness, quality standards, and SLA adherence.
• Operate delivery governance routines such as stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and risk escalation.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices through DevOps tooling, automated testing, and CI/CD maturity.

What we're looking for

• Degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years of diversified program leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skills.
• Proven executive accountability for enterprise-scale Salesforce programs spanning multiple orgs, business units, and geographies.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, data platforms, and enterprise delivery models.
• Strong financial and portfolio management experience, including multi-million-dollar budgets and vendor ecosystems.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Salesforce certifications, such as CTA, Application Architect, or System Architect, are a plus (preferred).
