Safety Measurement & Insights Lead

What you'll do

• Drive governance for critical safety metrics by defining durable logic, auditability, and consistency standards.
• Serve as the measurement steward to ensure the quality, reliability, and integrity of all safety data.
• Lead deep-dive investigations into performance shifts and emerging risks to identify root causes and next steps.
• Translate complex quantitative analysis into clear narratives to support executive decision-making and investment prioritization.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring analysis and use AI-enabled workflows to scale insight generation.
• Build dashboards, reporting tools, and educational materials to enable Safety Operations and regional partners.
• Ensure all executive and external-facing reports are rigorous, defensible, and follow a consistent measurement framework.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, business operations, data science, or a related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, or a technical field.
• Strong analytical foundation with the ability to understand statistical concepts and turn complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking to frame trends and recommendations for executive decision-making.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to build trust and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to apply systems thinking to understand end-to-end processes and identify root causes.
• Practical experience using AI, automation, or emerging analytical tools to scale work (preferred).
• Experience in Trust & Safety, Risk, Marketplace Integrity, or similar complex operational domains (preferred).
