What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in technical support, site reliability engineering, or incident management.
Experience with Cisco Webex products and AWS cloud environments.
Proficiency in using JIRA, PagerDuty, and ServiceNow for incident management.
Strong understanding of networking concepts including VLANs, routing, subnetting, and packet capture analysis.
Ability to author professional technical documentation such as RCA reports and process playbooks.
