- Deep familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms like Microsoft 365, Slack, and their integration patterns and data models.
- Proven ability to build MCP servers, AI agents, or LLM-powered workflows in production environments.
- Demonstrated success in measurably reducing manual IT work through automation.
- Knowledge of enterprise security and compliance requirements for SaaS integrations.
