What you'll do

Design and implement cloud-based services and components using Go for a medical device SaaS platform.
Develop and integrate internal and external APIs to enable users to share and utilize medical data.
Build robust, testable code to ensure high performance, reliability, and uptime for large-scale systems.
Manage the full software development life cycle including planning, requirements, testing, and quality assurance.
Implement systemic changes to align existing infrastructure with current architectural goals.
Create diagrams, flowcharts, and models to illustrate internal designs and workflow components.
Build and manage internal tooling and production systems while driving automation across build and release processes.
Ensure all cloud solutions comply with FDA and other relevant global regulatory requirements.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering Mathematics, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of professional software development experience in an Agile environment, or a master's degree with 4+ years of experience.
Strong Computer Science fundamentals and proficiency in Object Oriented Programming.
Experience using Git for source control on collaborative projects.
Knowledge of designing and maintaining complex asynchronous messaging and backend processing jobs.
Understanding of Docker containers and container orchestration services like Docker Swarm, ECS, or Kubernetes.
Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
Ability to develop robust, testable code and manage internal tooling and production systems.
