RVP AI Natives

What you'll do

• Manage and coach a team of Account Executives and Strategic Alliance Managers to sell into AI-native organizations.
• Execute a dual-track go-to-market strategy involving direct enterprise sales and strategic "sell-with" partnerships.
• Meet or exceed revenue targets through rigorous pipeline management, forecasting, and structured deal execution frameworks.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships with C-suite executives and founders at top-tier AI companies.
• Develop and manage strategic alliances with major AI foundation model providers and platform partners.
• Provide market telemetry to internal product and engineering teams to influence the Elastic AI roadmap.
• Coordinate joint proof-of-concept executions and co-marketing initiatives with cross-functional internal teams.

What we're looking for

• Proven track record leading high-performing software sales teams with a history of quota overachievement.
• Deep understanding of the modern AI tech stack, including vector databases, LLMs, RAG, and generative AI platforms.
• Demonstrated experience building strategic co-sell or sell-with partnerships with major cloud, AI, or SaaS ecosystem leaders.
• Proficiency in applying structured methodologies like MEDDPICC to complex direct and joint sales cycles.
• Ability to engage and build relationships at the CxO, Founder, and VP levels within top-tier companies.
• Experience selling directly to or partnering with premier AI foundation model companies (preferred).
• Familiarity with open-source software, developer-centric infrastructure GTM strategies, and product-led growth dynamics (preferred).
