Join Plaid's BizOps team as a strategic problem solver, partnering with leaders across Product and GTM to drive both operational and strategic initiatives that impact customers, partners, and the P&L. You will own analysis, operating cadences, and cross-functional projects spanning multiple departments, building dashboards and metrics for leadership visibility and data-driven decision-making. Familiarity with AI tools as a productivity enhancer is essential, alongside experience in management consulting, investment banking, or similar roles. The ideal candidate has 6-11 years of relevant experience, proficiency in SQL and Tableau, and a background in fintech, payments, or high-growth SaaS environments.
Driving strategic and operational agendas for Product or GTM organizations.
Owning and evolving monthly business reports, QBRs, OKRs, KPIs, and executive reporting.
Building dashboards and metrics to enable data-driven decisions for leadership.
Partnering on product strategy topics including pricing, commercialization, and go-to-market plans.
Utilizing AI tools as a default part of daily work to enhance productivity.
What we're looking for
6-11 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or operational roles.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work effectively with ambiguity.
Proven track record of building relationships at all levels and driving cross-functional consensus.
Familiarity with AI tools and agents for workflow acceleration.
Knowledge of SQL and Tableau preferred for data analysis and reporting.
Experience in fintech, payments, or high-growth SaaS industries beneficial.
