Senior Specialist, RF Test Engineer

What you'll do

• Design automated test systems for production testing with multi-unit capabilities and automated fault detection.
• Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and reports for components, subsystems, and full system assemblies.
• Perform RF measurements including gain, noise figure, phase noise, power output, and spectral emissions.
• Operate RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, signal generators, vector network analyzers, and oscilloscopes.
• Troubleshoot and isolate RF performance issues at the board, module, and system levels.
• Develop automated test solutions using LabVIEW and Test Stand.
• Analyze test data to provide technical conclusions and recommendations to design teams and leadership.
• Transition test methods from development into manufacturing or production environments.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field and 6+ years of RF test experience.
• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and 4+ years of RF test experience.
• Active US Secret security clearance.
• Experience designing and developing automated test systems using LabVIEW and Test Stand.
• Experience performing RF measurements including gain, noise figure, phase noise, and spectral emissions.
• Experience troubleshooting RF performance issues at the board, module, and system level.
• Experience integrating and testing RF hardware like filters, amplifiers, and mixers (preferred).
• U.S. citizens.
