RF System Integration Engineer, Instrument Engineering

What you'll do

• Debug RF and analog measurement problems on the bench to isolate root causes across hardware, firmware, and software.
• Develop, maintain, and extend automated test and calibration software for RF instrumentation.
• Characterize RF systems using signal generators, spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers, and power sensors.
• Support RF applications and bring-up from the prototype stage through mass production.
• Work with internal customers to define test requirements and provide hands-on RF applications support.
• Analyze RF measurement data and present actionable findings to technical and cross-functional audiences.
• Automate manual workflows and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines to improve test coverage and throughput.
• Contribute to calibration methods and procedures to ensure test equipment accuracy and traceability.

What we're looking for

• BS in Electrical Engineering or a related field; MS preferred.
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in RF, wireless, or test/measurement engineering.
• Strong RF fundamentals and ability to debug problems using signal generators, analyzers, VNAs, and power sensors.
• Proven experience developing automated test software in Python and/or C++ from the ground up.
• Strong communication skills to work with customers and present technical findings to cross-functional audiences.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 15%.
• Experience with RF system calibration, traceability, and analyzing parameters in Python or MATLAB (preferred).
• Working knowledge of DSP, communications theory, and various radio standards like 5G, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth (preferred).
