What you'll do

Own the architecture and roadmap for scalable RF automation software across multiple products.
Lead the development of a multi-faceted C/C++ software suite and set technical standards.
Perform root-cause analysis of complex RF performance issues with cross-functional design teams.
Provide deep technical expertise in wireless standards during cross-team technical discussions.
Mentor mid-level and junior engineers on technical tasks and development.
Design and ship end-to-end RF test solutions and automation frameworks from scratch.
Use data processing and statistical analysis tools to analyze RF test data at scale.

What we're looking for

Demonstrated depth in RF fundamentals and communications theory to independently diagnose novel RF impairments.
5+ years of hands-on experience specifying or architecting RF lab test setups.
6+ years of professional experience in C/C++ system-level software development, including designing and shipping non-trivial systems.
Proven experience designing or leading the development of end-to-end RF test automation systems or frameworks.
Working proficiency with data processing and statistical analysis tools like Python or MATLAB applied to RF data at scale.
Experience operating with significant autonomy on ambiguous, cross-functional technical problems.
Deep experience with current or emerging Cellular standards such as LTE and 5G NR (preferred).
6+ years of relevant industry experience in RF engineering, test systems, or wireless communications (preferred).
