RF System Integration Engineer, Cellular Technology

What you'll do

• Own the architecture and roadmap for scalable RF automation software across multiple product lines.
• Lead the development of a multi-faceted C/C++ software suite while setting technical standards.
• Perform root-cause analysis of complex RF performance issues with cross-functional design teams.
• Provide expert knowledge on wireless standards in cross-team technical discussions.
• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers to improve team capabilities.
• Design and architect end-to-end RF test automation systems and frameworks.
• Analyze large-scale RF and test data using Python, MATLAB, or similar statistical tools.

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated depth in RF fundamentals and communications theory to independently diagnose novel impairments.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with RF lab equipment, including specifying or architecting test setups.
• 6+ years of professional experience in C/C++ system-level software development for non-trivial systems.
• Proven experience designing or leading the development of end-to-end RF test automation systems or frameworks.
• Working proficiency with data processing and statistical analysis tools like Python or MATLAB applied to RF data at scale.
• Experience operating with significant autonomy on ambiguous, cross-functional technical problems.
• Deep experience with current/emerging Cellular standards such as LTE and 5G NR (preferred).
• Track record of designing and shipping RF test solutions from scratch (preferred).
