What you'll do

Model sales pipeline velocity and build predictive forecasts for long-term sustainment logistics.
Track Salesforce pipeline end-to-end to ensure data integrity and provide program health insights.
Lead cross-functional coordination to streamline post-sale handoffs and eliminate execution bottlenecks.
Own Salesforce hygiene, mapping pipeline data to delivery tools for traceable production milestones.
Identify and resolve disconnects between sales commitments and field execution to protect revenue targets.
Develop integrated planning/staffing tools for real-time visibility into program health across divisions.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in Operations, Revenue Operations, Program Management, or Consulting in a hardware-focused, high-growth environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Operations, or related field.
Strong analytical skills to model complex production and supply chain data sets.
Ability to operate across organizational boundaries and drive alignment between engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting to senior executives and driving accountability on the factory floor.
U.S. Person status required with Top Secret security clearance.
