Product Operations Manager, Mission Success

What you'll do

• Triage and diagnose product incidents to ensure system uptime and recovery.
• Improve product observability and health telemetry in collaboration with platform teams.
• Maintain awareness of current product specifications and bridge technical/non-technical gaps.
• Evaluate processes for bottlenecks and work with stakeholders to deploy solutions.
• Document sustainment challenges and deliver solutions to enhance service quality.
• Communicate and coordinate efforts across business, engineering, and sustainment functions.
• Travel to support customer needs and field operations as required.

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated experience as a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills in hardware, software, and networking.
• Ability to transform requirements into actionable deliverables and drive progress towards outcomes.
• Confident navigating ambiguity and defining new processes with measurable outputs.
• BA/BS degree with at least 6 years of professional experience.
• Secret Security clearance required; previous clearances or background investigations preferred.
• Experience in the defense industry or government environments supporting complex technical systems.
