Mission Integration Lead

What you'll do

• Serve as a customer-facing lead to develop and deploy integrated hardware-software products for the Department of War.
• Manage cross-functional projects by removing obstacles, identifying communication gaps, and ensuring timely delivery of contract requirements.
• Conduct radio frequency propagation analysis to create viable execution options for customers.
• Perform pre-deployment site surveys and provide onsite or remote troubleshooting support for clients.
• Develop training content and integrate it into unit schedules to help end-users master EW capabilities.
• Provide technical input to engineering teams to drive the development of features that improve product performance.
• Advise customers and internal business lines on the appropriate employment of Anduril electronic warfare systems.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 10 years experience as an RF engineer, SIGINT/EW systems operator, or SIGINT/EW operations lead.
• Experience employing SIGINT/EW systems in military operations at tactical and operational levels.
• Strong familiarity with software defined radios and their architecture.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into operational requirements and performance specifications.
• Strong understanding of radio frequency propagation and EW system functionality.
• Experience in project management and product deployment roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
