As a Mission Operations Manager at Air Defense’s C2 team, you will lead the deployment of Anduril’s advanced hardware and software products, ensuring they meet critical mission needs for national and international security. What we're looking for
Extensive experience in C2 hardware and software, networking, CUAS, and air and missile defense.
Proven ability to lead technical deployments with clear communication and well-thought-out plans.
Strong ownership mentality and bias towards assuming responsibility for mission success.
Must possess a TS/SCI security clearance.
Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively across multiple internal teams including engineering, product, logistics, finance, legal, and contracting.
Technical aptitude in areas such as machine learning, autonomy, distributed networking, and multi-modal sensor fusion.
