What you'll do

Design, build, and extend new product features for an internal web app using Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, and Vercel.
Build, test, and maintain robust data pipelines and automated integrations between Salesforce and Gong.
Translate CGS stakeholders' daily business pain points into actionable engineering roadmaps.
Evaluate and operationalize LLM prompts and AI frameworks to optimize output data validity and actionability.
Document technical architecture decisions and write clear operational playbooks for internal tool maintenance.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience in Revenue Engineering or technical Revenue Operations roles.
Proven expertise using AI tools like Claude Code, ChatGPT for internal application development.
Strong software development skills with modern tech stacks including Next.js and TypeScript.
Experience developing and integrating infrastructure within Salesforce environments.
Ability to design robust data pipelines and automate integrations between revenue engines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for technical presentations to non-tech stakeholders.
