The Revenue and Rebate Technical Accounting Manager is a senior-level position within Intel’s Finance Group, focusing on U.S. GAAP revenue recognition under ASC 606 for complex transactions. Serve as a U.S. GAAP expert, providing guidance on complex revenue recognition under ASC 606.
Evaluate customer contracts to identify accounting implications and areas of judgment.
Provide judgment on rebate arrangements and variable consideration for revenue treatment.
Partner with technology teams to enable scalable solutions for contract analysis.
Ensure consistent application of revenue and rebate guidance across products and geographies.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
CPA certification or equivalent professional accreditation.
6+ years of experience in technical accounting, revenue recognition, or accounting policy roles.
Expertise in U.S. GAAP with hands-on ASC 606 application to complex transactions.
Experience reviewing customer contracts and providing formal accounting conclusions.
Strong communication skills for preparing memos and engaging with auditors.
Exposure to AI or analytics tools for contract review and revenue analysis.
