What we're looking for
10+ years of experience in accounting or related roles with at least 4 years in finance systems or process improvement.
B.A. or B.S. degree in Accounting, Finance, Finance Systems, or Information Systems.
Advanced proficiency in SQL and U.S. GAAP.
Comprehensive understanding of AI fundamentals and experience with modern data tools like Python, Databricks, and ETL/ELT processes.
Experience designing, implementing, and executing internal controls for AI-based solutions.
Strong communication skills to convey financial concepts to various audiences.
Familiarity with the payments industry and fintech landscape preferred.
