Retail Network Project Manager, Infrastructure Services

What you'll do

• Manage and coordinate project lifecycles from initial planning through execution and final completion.
• Support the integration of new products, technologies, and solutions into global retail environments.
• Coordinate deployment activities including scheduling, equipment readiness, logistics, and onsite technical support.
• Develop and oversee project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and key deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies by working with relevant stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings with internal teams and external vendors to review status and resolve outstanding actions.
• Adapt deployment plans quickly in response to changing business requirements or shifting priorities.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular status updates to all stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Experience managing projects in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing project schedules, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of experience managing projects in complex, cross-functional environments (preferred).
• Experience supporting technology, infrastructure, retail, deployment, or similar programs (preferred).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders (preferred).
• Experience working with geographically distributed or global teams; coordinating vendors, logistics, equipment deployments, or onsite implementation (preferred).
