Retail Network Engineer, Infrastructure Services joins the Infrastructure Services team within the Information Systems and Technology organization. Required technical skills include proficiency with IPv4 and IPv6 protocols, BGP, SD-WAN, and IPSEc VPN technologies. You must also have experience with Cisco IOS-XE, JUNOS, Arista EOS, FortiOS, or Aruba AOS, as well as standard Linux utilities like grep, sed, and traceroute.

What you'll do

Design network solutions for new and existing stores based on business requirements and standards.
Deploy WAN, wired LAN, and Wi-Fi infrastructure for global retail locations.
Diagnose and identify root causes of network issues to provide operational support.
Build and maintain automation playbooks and scripts for scalable infrastructure deployment.
Maintain software, configuration, and security consistency across the global network fleet.
Schedule and execute network change requests.
Configure network devices in alignment with established architecture and design standards.
Participate in an on-call rotation to provide network support.

What we're looking for

3+ years of industry experience in the field of networking.
Strong understanding of IPv6 and IPv4 protocols.
Experience with at least one of: BGP, Cisco IOS-XE, JUNOS, Arista EOS, FortiOS, Aruba AOS, Juniper SRX, Fortinet Firewalls, SD-WAN, or IPSEc VPN.
Experience testing and provisioning WAN circuits including Metro Ethernet, Dark Fiber, and Transit.
Experience with standard Linux utilities such as grep, sed, awk, traceroute, and tcpdump.
Experience automating workflows using Ansible, Python, or other infrastructure-as-code tools (preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience (preferred).
Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, CWNE, or JNCIP (preferred).
