What you'll do

  • Act as RTE/Chief Scrum Master coordinating scrum execution for software organization.
  • Own and oversee Agile framework processes including increment planning and retrospectives.
  • Provide leadership to feature teams and act as consultant/coach to resolve complex issues.
  • Identify and manage dependencies across geographically dispersed feature teams.
  • Monitor performance indicators and track agile metrics for continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with willingness to pass CI polygraph at time of application
  • 8 years of organizational management or IPT leadership experience
  • 5 years of software development experience
  • Demonstrated ability to create trusted relationships and collaborate effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Leadership in building effective, multi-discipline teams
  • Experience leading large agile software development efforts
