What you'll do

  • Act as RTE/Chief Scrum Master coordinating scrum execution for the Software Organization.
  • Own and oversee Agile framework processes including increment planning, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Provide leadership to feature teams and act as consultant/coach to resolve complex issues.
  • Identify and manage dependencies across geographically dispersed feature teams.
  • Monitor performance metrics to support continuous improvement in software development.

What we're looking for

  • Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with SSBI or higher at time of application.
  • 14 years of relevant experience (degree-equivalent) in technical, functional, project leadership, or major IPT leadership supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, or other Federal Government Systems.
  • 8 years of organizational management or IPT leadership experience and 5 years of SW development experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to create trusted relationships with stakeholders and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership experience building effective and engaged multi-discipline teams in a complex environment.
