  • Oversee team management including recruitment, performance management, coaching, and professional development for validation engineers.
  • Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and schedules while identifying and mitigating risks to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments like Engineering, Software, and Manufacturing to assess technical risks and shipment readiness.
  • Oversee external suppliers and partners to ensure high performance and corrective actions for services not meeting expectations.
  • Establish metrics and processes to improve validation effectiveness and reduce costs in alignment with business goals.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
  • 5 to 10 years of job-related experience in electronics/computer development, hardware testing, system integration, or product validation.
  • 0 to 7 years of management or technical leadership experience leading engineering functions and teams.
  • Experience working in lab and test environments with knowledge of engineering and scientific test equipment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project elements, resources, schedules, budgets, suppliers, and technical risks.
