What you'll do

Develop and extend test strategies to ensure high functional and performance quality for datacenter systems.
Design and develop Python-based software to automate the verification of all Data Center Scale infrastructure components.
Validate distributed storage systems like Lustre on AI/HPC Datacenter scale infrastructure.
Debug, triage, and perform root cause analysis for hardware and software product issues.
Manage the defect lifecycle by identifying bugs, verifying fixes, and improving product test plans.
Analyze and resolve technical issues down to the code level to drive the defect fixing process.
Create reliable automation tools and scripts using Python, Shell, Ansible, and Jenkins pipelines.

What we're looking for

MSEE/MSCE degree or equivalent experience.
10+ years of validation experience.
Over 5 years of experience in Software Quality Engineering and storage system verification (preferred).
Expertise in test framework development, CI/CD, Python, Shell, Ansible, Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Solid understanding of system-level debugging and analysis tools.
Experience with GPU server architecture and storage validation in Datacenter infrastructure (preferred).
Certifications in storage, HPC systems, or experience with mdtest or FIO tools (preferred).
Experience using AI coding assistants to improve coding efficiency and correctness (preferred).
