What you'll do

  • Lead and mentor a team of quality inspectors to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality performance.
  • Train team members on inspection techniques, maintain accurate training records, and develop quality control standards.
  • Author and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inspection processes and data analysis.
  • Manage resources to support various inspection operations, including incoming material and in-process inspections.
  • Continuously monitor processes to identify opportunities for enhancement and efficiency gains.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of progressive Quality and/or Regulatory experience in Aerospace, Defense, or Automotive industries.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Management or supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and AS9100 requirements.
  • In-depth knowledge of Quality Improvement and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities in a production environment.
